Customer Data and Privacy Policy
At TMGD Press we believe in our customers' rights to privacy. This means we won't sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with other companies or organisations.
Delivery Policy
All orders are processed as they are received. Delivery will be instigated within three working days of credit card funds being authorised or cheques being cleared. All delivery prices are selected to be a compromise between cost and delivery times. Note that this usually means via the normal postal system and could result in the book(s) taking between 3 and 14 days to reach you, depending on your location. Should you require faster delivery then please contact us to discuss your requirements. All deliveries to New Zealand addresses are currently despatched from Queenstown, New Zealand. All other deliveries are despatched from Edinburgh, Scotland.
Security
TMGD will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your credit card and personal information.
The measures TMGD uses to keep customers information secure are:
- The use of an encrypted order processing page
- Once the customer's personal data is received it will be stored in a protected database on a secure server protected from the Internet by firewalls.

Returns Policy
All claims for non-delivery should be made within 1 month of order.
Claims for books with printing and binding faults can be made at any time. Please return the faulty book with a explanation and we will replace it. Obviously, this does not apply to normal wear and tear.
Payment Policy
We can accept payment in:
- New Zealand Dollars
- Great British Pounds
- Euro
- United States Dollars
Payment can be by credit card as per the online order form or by cheque (please make sure you include all relevant shipping details).
All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars. If paying by Credit Card or PayPal - the approximate foreign currency equivalent displayed is for guidance only as a service benefit to customers. You will be billed via PayPal / Credit Card Company at the currency conversion rate in effect at the time of purchase.
If purchasing in New Zealand the total cost includes GST.
Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
TMGD reserves the right to alter book prices and the terms above without notice.
